It’s easy to get a little anxious or stressed

before an event, but it’s so important

to reconnect with what I call

—your Noble Intent™—and your Throughline.

For me, it’s about helping people

express their hidden genius.

These presidents have important

messages to deliver to their teams.

It’s one thing to have a vision;

it’s another to communicate it and

to inspire others to perform at their best.
