For every phone call, conversation,

- Regardless of your role, how can you create a communication experience that is so compelling and engaging that it STOPS TIMETM for others, taking them off the conveyor belt of life?
- This signature bit (“The Conveyor Belt”) has itself led to an enormous amount of keynote bookings over the years. How can you craft an original piece of content (not a conveyor belt per se…but something of your own) that leads prospects to say, “Holy cow! This person gets our business/lives.”
