5 years ago this week,

a documentary I conceived and co-produced

to help leaders and teams

landed us on Good Morning America.

The film, Muppet Guys Talking, focuses on

Jim Henson’s visionary leadership style

and how it fostered a culture of

collaboration, innovation,

risk-taking, playfulness…

as well as acceptance and inclusion.

These are all themes that

many of my clients are now

talking about in one form or another.
