What types of situations and people does Victoria coach for?

Victoria coaches for all situations involving live communication—presentations to your team, direct reports, colleagues, clients, customers, and large scale audiences.

Where does the coaching happen?

Clients either fly to New York City where Victoria is based or meet with her on location in a particular city. For special circumstances, Victoria may be able to fly to your offices.

How does it work?

After the initial phone consultation, you will schedule your sessions with Victoria for the weeks ahead. Each coaching experience is different, so together you will design a system that suits your working style, schedule, vision and goals.

Does Victoria coach by phone or Skype? Is it as effective?

Victoria works with many clients by phone or Skype. These approaches can be highly effective, and Skype offers a superb alternative to flying and managing long distance challenges.

I’m feeling nervous. Is that normal?

Yes. Rest assured, however, that the atmosphere from start to finish is fun, relaxed and packed with growth, laughter and learning. People always leave saying, “I feel so much better, this is so much easier, and that was really fun." Needless to say, being a great speaker requires work. Be prepared to commit time and energy if you truly want to make improvements.

Why Victoria?

In the words of Dr. Bill Lindsley: “First read Victoria’s coaching client testimonials above. Then read her bio. Then look at her client list and watch her videos. And then make your decision. Victoria’s experience is so vast, her techniques so practical, and her approach so warm hearted that your decision will be a no-brainer. Sure you could hire an amateur or sign up for a one size fits all program. But these options will likely take you down paths that will ultimately be counter productive. Victoria will save you energy, time, and in the long run, money. And you’ll have an extraordinary, transformational experience you will never forget."
