A graduate of Stanford University with a distinguished academic record and a BA in Writing and English Literature, Victoria draws on her two decades of professional show business experience including:

- As an Associate Producer of entertainment-based corporate educational training videos, Victoria's team in Visual Communications team at Con Edison won the coveted CINE Golden Eagle Award for outstanding achievement and their innovative approach to training.
WHO (NOW)
Founder of Victoria Labalme Communications and author of the innovative Mini Book series, Victoria delivers customized Keynote Performances to tens of thousands of people each year, works with dozens of company teams in small group settings and privately coaches select individuals through her Presentation Skills mastery programs. In her previous line of work, Victoria delivered key product messaging to over 50 million people through her television commercial appearances alonean experience that among many others has taught her the art of high impact communication and what it takes to make a message land. In the growing market of online and video communication, this background has proven invaluable in helping people connect with an audience "through the lens".
As a presentation skills coach, Victoria is the Founder of the Executive Mastery Series and Creative Speaker Series, as well as the Executive Mastery Series Online Membership Site with a library of cutting edge, slam-dunk resource materials. She has coached literally hundreds of executives and presenters in private one-on-one programs and has coached thousands more through her workshops. A frequent panelist and faculty member at National Speakers Association (NSA) and Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) conventions, Victoria has also taught at a number of educational institutions including The New School University in New York City, where she was an Adjunct Professor.
Creator of the groundbreaking systems The Prism Effect and The Through Line, Victoria is the author of "Crazy Busy Nuts: Getting off the Conveyor Belt of Life", "The Prism Effect," "Engage Your Brilliance" and "Communication Moves" -- all in the Mini Book series.
In 2011, she was awarded the Council of Peers Award for Excellence (CPAE) by the National Speakers Association and inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame®.
